Returns & Exchanges

• You can request a size exchange within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging with tags attached.
• If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will replace it free of charge.
• Custom, personalised and printed or embroidered items cannot be returned unless faulty.
• Refunds for eligible returns are issued by bank transfer within 7 working days of receiving the item.
